Part of the TRIBES business is growing our own people internally and we are putting processes in place for future coaches and teachers to be able to learn new skills and take on different roles or new challenges within the organisation if they wish.

Coaches and teachers specialise in 1-1 personal training or small groups to becoming lead group class instructors, to being involved in marketing or design, brand, videography, sales etc.

We want to empower all our employees to have a sense of ownership and loyalty towards TRIBES knowing they have a long-term future with us and a clear path for personal and professional progression with massive opportunity for upward mobility.

Ahmed Soussi
TRIBES Coach

I am deeply passionate about fitness and the pursuit of improved physical health and athletic performance through a structured combination of exercise, nutrition, and holistic lifestyle practices.

With over a decade of experience in corporate and business settings, I have gained valuable insight into the pressures and demands we face when trying to prioritise our health and fitness. This understanding allows me to empathise with busy professionals and tailor practical, effective solutions that work in real life.

I specialise in functional strength training and athletic performance enhancement, drawing on a variety of modalities including kettlebell training, calisthenics, and plyometric work. Having competed in numerous tennis tournaments and triathlon races over the years, I’ve refined my own training and lifestyle systems to support peak performance and long-term resilience. My work focuses on restoring natural biomechanical movement patterns to help clients build a stronger, fitter, and healthier physique.

I take a holistic approach to health and have spent recent years studying nutrition and integrative health practices. I am also a qualified GAPS coach, with specialised expertise in restoring gut health and supporting the diversity of the gut microbiome — a key pillar in overall wellbeing.

Good health is our most precious asset. It begins with the habits and decisions we make each day.

My mission is to inspire and empower you to take ownership of your wellbeing, and to support you on your journey toward a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant life.

Kingsley Arthur
TRIBES Coach

My approach to training and exercise is rooted in purpose. To help people unlock their potential physically and mental while building strength, confidence, resilience and discipline. Showing clients what their bodies and minds can achieve when they commit to consistency and discipline.

Sport has always been central to who I am. Still competing, these experiences have taught me the importance of mindset, focus and movement which all have directly shaped how I train and coach today. My background in sports psychology also drives a deep understanding for wanting to enhance performance and mindset, which is used to help ever client I train with purpose, clarity and intent.

Being a senior coach at TRIBES I offer developing functional strength, improving performance, building lean muscle, supporting fat loss and developing overall health. These sessions are bespoke and are designed to challenge both the body and mind a quality all coaches have at TRIBES.

Being the boxing at TRIBES, I also take pride in offering bespoke 1-1 sessions along with classes that go beyond fitness. Teaching boxing safely, effectively and with respect to the sport, it’s more than just punches and pads; it's rhythm, precision, mindset and fun.

TRIBES is a community and a place I enjoy walking through each and every day. We all share a genuine commitment to growth, health, performance and spirituality. We push each other and celebrate every win. Being here with special people motivate me to be the best person I can, and I am always humble and grateful for being a part of the TRIBES family.

Jennifer Lopez
TRIBES Coach

My mission is to help individuals become the best version of themselves through resistance training.

I’m passionate about lifting heavy weights, pushing my limits, and inspiring others to do the same. I want people to stop holding back, challenge themselves, and discover what they’re truly capable of. My sessions focus on compound movements, hypertrophy and volume training, and HIIT to build strength, lean muscle, definition, and cardiovascular endurance, all essential for improving overall health.

The benefits go far beyond the physical. Training also builds mental resilience, confidence, and the ability to make better decisions in everyday life.

I love what I do, especially where I do it. Tribes isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. It’s a place with a unique family atmosphere where everyone feels safe, supported, and accepted. We lift each other up, learn, and grow together. Seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they leave each session motivates me to keep improving and become the best coach I can be.

Finlay McIlwrath
TRIBES Coach

I am passionate about optimising the human body. My training focuses on building functional strength, conditioning, and structural alignment. I use a blend of compound exercises, free weights, postural and muscle imbalance corrective work, circuit training, and HIIT so you can feel stronger, fitter, and free from pain.

My coaching experience is rooted in the study of Sport and Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. I’ve applied that knowledge in both sporting and commercial gym environments, enabling me to design training plans tailored to your specific needs whether you’re an athlete, an office worker, or anything in between.

My passion for sport and training, with an emphasis on functional strength and postural corrective exercise, comes from over six years of martial arts experience competing in kickboxing and mixed martial arts. Due to injuries, I had to take time off, which led me to currently pursue sports massage and soft tissue therapy. This allows me to expand my knowledge of common injuries and integrate that understanding into my training.

I aim to offer a blend of coaching and manual therapy to optimise training, improving performance, supporting recovery, and unlocking the body’s full potential. For me, training is not just about looking great; it’s about feeling great and performing at your best.

TRIBES is a place of community and high energy. A space where like-minded individuals come together to create an environment of growth, support, and prosperity, all while having fun and working hard. TRIBES truly empowers people to take on whatever life throws at them the moment they step outside our doors.

Tyler Reece
TRIBES Soft Tissue Therapist & Personal Trainer specialising in rehabilitation

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, first as a personal trainer before shifting my focus to combining soft tissue therapy and personal training. I use hands on manual therapy along with other therapeutic interventions and exercise to not only help people overcome their injuries and musculoskeletal concerns but to help them achieve their fitness goals despite these things.

I’ve worked with a wide range of people from dancers and sports people to general populations and disabled people to achieve their individual goals. These goals vary, from pain based and dysfunction-based goals, to strength, performance and atheistic based goals.

I believe hands-on therapy works best when integrated with exercise to achieve long-lasting results.

I love doing this work because I've personally been in a position where I've had a lot of injuries that have affected my life and my training. So, this is something I can relate to and I find great fulfilment in helping people get through these things the same way that I worked with some amazing therapists that helped me.

Being a part of the TRIBES family is nothing short of a privilege. Working here has allowed to me grow personally and professionally and I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work.

Simon Kitenge Tshakupebwa
Physiotherapist

I aim to be a person who can become a pillar the community by providing a service that will benefit them socially, mentally, physically and leave a powerful mark that can change their quality of life.

As a physiotherapist, I have the opportunity of making this goal possible due the knowledge and experiences I have gained throughout the years helping people solve their musculoskeletal challenges and provide advice that reassures them.

I enjoy approaching ease case with the mindset of an investigator, which requires me to assess, probe and research journals to ensure that I am efficient and effective with my treatment plans.

I also enjoy work in a team environment as I have the opportunity to learn from colleagues who have greater knowledge than myself and working together is also beneficial as their input can also bring forth solutions as my goal is to promote patient-centred care.

My inspiration comes from the opportunity to help with all of the resources that I have learnt in my life; I have been a facilitator in various sectors in the world; especially in healthcare and I see a problem in the world, I question how I can be an influence towards solving these problems; therefore the role transcends self as I realise that this job has the duty of promoting humanitarianism though developing treatment programmes that are efficient, tailored and benefit wellbeing.

I love TRIBES because the energy is infectious, positive and promotes growth. The opportunity to work as a team, learn from your peers and apply it you your performance is valuable towards your growth as an overall clinician and as a human being. I am all about being transformative in the mind, and how these thought processes lead to results that make us grateful for because we acknowledge how hard we work to attain them. Regardless of the challenges, this community embodies growth every day; and this is why I love TRIBES.
